Gathering Initial Information: We guide you through taking preliminary measurements and photos of your space. If you’re local to Windsor and prefer, we can visit and handle this for you.
Concept Development: Share your ideas, inspirations, and desired outcomes. We'll use this to start shaping a design that fits your unique space and style.
Free Estimate: We will provide a no obligation estimate as a baseline for further development and design choices.

Securing Your Slot: Upon acceptance of the estimate, we take an 25% initial down payment secures your place in our production queue and start for the formal design process.
Digital Drawings: You’ll receive detailed digital drawings of your proposed design. This step allows you to visualise the project and suggest any modifications. We refine the design based on your feedback to ensure it meets your expectations perfectly. Your approval is crucial before moving forward.
Material Selection: Together, we’ll choose from a range of high-end materials, finishes, and hardware, that align with your vision and the functional needs of your space.

Full Survey and Detailed Measurements: We conduct a comprehensive survey of your space to take precise, final measurements. This ensures accuracy for a perfect fit.
Pre-Manufacturing deposit: After a second pre-manufacturing down payment of 50%, we order the materials and schedule your project for production in the workshop.

Workshop Assembly: Our skilled craftsmen begin manufacturing your bespoke furniture in Windsor, with ach unit is test-assembled in our workshop to ensure everything aligns perfectly.
Spray Finishing: The furniture components are then disassembled and finished with your chosen materials and finishes, achieving a flawless look.

Scheduling Installation: We coordinate with you to set a convenient installation date, typically 8-12 weeks after finalising the drawings. We’ll keep you updated with an estimated timeline.
Efficient Installation: Depending on the project’s complexity, installation usually takes between 2-5 days. Smaller projects might be delivered partially constructed to minimise on-site time and disruption.
Final Adjustments: To ensure a perfect fit, we make any necessary adjustments on-site, considering that walls, ceilings, and floors may not be perfectly level or square.

Review and Walkthrough: Once installation is complete, we conduct a detailed walkthrough with you to ensure everything meets your expectations.
Final Payment
Aftercare and Support: We provide guidance on maintaining your new furniture and remain available for any questions or further assistance you might need.
